i am a nursing student and i have a pending assult charge on my background check how will this affect my schooling and i have not been charged i have plead not quilty and my lawyer is going to try and get it spounged from my record since i have no convictions in my life time it was all over pushing another girl and then i got wacked on the head by her boyfriend and i was knocked out
