when eating rice ...do u scrape it clean?

eating it clean? the rice? well when i kids my grandmother say: hey kids, eat and clean the rice if u dont the rice will ungry with u or u never get a girl on the school. hehehe. and you know what? i never eat clean;) but still have alot girl friend;)

I will do this if it is possible. My parents taught us that so much effort has been exerted to produce every grain of rice, so we must value it. However, this cannot be true at all times. Have you noticed that there are times when some rice particles are so clinging to the bowl or the plate you are eating on that it becomes very difficult to eat them clean? I have had this experience many times already.

According to Indian customs, rice or food for that matter is godesses of wealth. If food is left in the plate, or spilled around the plate, it is considered disrespect to godesses.Therefore everyone tries to eat fully, without leaving a grain to be put in the trash.

Actually most of the old saying has a beautiful meaning behind it and in this case it is to stop people from wasting food as food is so must a vital part and without which we all will perish.

you mean scraping it clean by eating it or by washing it???when on the process of having dinner our parents teaches us not to leave any thing on the plate ..we must eat it all...for the reasons that its the blessings from above that we should not let be thrown into waste...

Nop,I don't do that oftenly..But if i realy hungry..maybe i'll do that..Ha ha
