Is NCLEX review really needed?

NCLEX review is very famous here in the Philippines. Most Nursing student graduates always takes this test and even prepares for it very hard. Do you think NCLEX is really needed by those who are planning to work abroad as nurses?

For me its needed for you to pass the exam. and NCLEX is one of the requirement for a nurse to work abroad and if you pass the nclex it will help you to find a job.
