I think a lot of people are starting discussions with inflamatory viewpoints on highly controversial topics just because they get tons of responses, which gives them more money for the topics. So I'm making a point to *not* participate, even if I have to sit on my hands. I'm not going to put money in the pockets of people with negative, narrow viewpoints by making their topics popular.
