its very hard to remove my shoes becoz its stincks very much how to avoid that its very frustrating and shameful,i regularly used to wash it
but my sole are so much humid and sweaty i cant help my selp...help me

You may have athlete's feet which causes this.
Check with your doctor. You may also want to
try washing your sock with a different detergent.
Maybe switch the soap you wash your feet with.

haha, many people have that problem that they become uncomfortable as well as unconfident .I really understand your feeling. I used to have the same problem and reguarly washing it does not seem to work. I suggest that you use baby powder, just the cheap one would be nice and use it everyday. It is like a therapy, and I am sure before you know it, the smell in your food will actually gone. Hope this help you becme more confident in the future and hope it actually work for you as well :)
