Lights on or Lights off?

do you turn on or turn off your lights while sleeping?
i used to turn off lights but recently i turn it on for security reasons. how about you?

Light off.. I can't sleep and if I had no choice I hardly get sleep. But if you have your love ones sleep besides you I prefer lights on. *grin*

we leave the stove light on we have two kids that really don't like the dark so we had to compromise

I turn lights off, but I keep the tv on in my bedroom I turn the sound down. I have it on for the light. I also keep a lamp on in the living room. Im not very fond of the dark.
