I have a back pain problem since I was in high school. My back pain start every time I sit improperly or when I stand too long and I observed that I have it because I can't relax my muscle in my shoulder area it is always stiff. Do you have any suggestions to correct my stiff muscle in my shoulder. Any good exercise to overcome this kind of problem. Thanks in advance.

I also have the same problem. Improper posture can trigger back pains and can even put you down in bed for days. Sneezing in the wrong bodily position is worse. In whatever you do avoid putting pressure on your back, let you knees or feet carry the weight. I do lot of exercises to help prevent back pain but they are too long to describe them here. But there are good exercises. You may want to search the net on this.

Thanks. I used to jog and exercise before. I think I have to start again and correct my posture.

I used to have back pains sitting in front of the computer for too long. I don't know if you'll believe me, but when my friend gave me a bio magnetic bracelet from amegaglobal i don't feel pain anymore. There's a study by the British Medical Journal at www.BMJ.com about the effects of bio magentic bracelets to the body the title is "Randomised controlled trial of magnetic bracelets for relieving pain in osteoarthritis of the hip and knee". You might wanna check it out. Hope this helps.

Hi there, how old are you? Coz if you're not that old, then why are you having that back pain since high school? Have you consulted it with a doctor already? Maybe you have a mild fracture bone that you haven't noticed before. You should go to doctor and have a test for it. You have to make sure what's the real problem. Don't ignore it ok? Have a nice day ahead
