Enjoy life more and they seem to begin with the letter W. I can choose Who want to be with. When I want to do something. Why I want to do anything and Where I want to be at. What have you found to be able to do that could not do before retirement.

nothing I wanted to do,wanted to travel to places we wanted to go back to . he gopt sick and we coulnd had to stay hoem and take care of him. then now have grand daughter to take care off so stillcant travel unless the parents are off work for vaction and I have the money to go on. Before I retired I could go to work!

I am not retired now, but I did retire when I was 30. I loved being retired it was wonderful! Like you I could plan my time and do the things I wanted to do when I wanted to do them. I didn't think I would go back in the work force, but out of boredom I resumed working after being retired for 10 years. Now my time is a little limited, but I am older and I still what I want to do and with whom. I may not retire again for many years unless I find I need more me time and less social time. LOL
