who is watching bathurst.? so many cars out. do other countris have a similar race that most of the nation watches

You must not be Australian as Bathurst is one of the biggest most popular cars races in Aust. It was on the day i started my disscussion.

Bathurst is the pentultimate event in the V8 Supercar series in Australia. It's 161 laps (1000kms) and the average lap time of the top drivers is 2min 10 sec.

You will have to remind us of this again in about 6 or so months rosebug, because we are a while off before they race again. But in answer to your question, no I do not watch it at all, but at the same time cannot avoid it completely as my husband sits down in front of the television while it is on. So, even if I don't see the actual race, I hear a blow by blow description of who is doing what. LOL
