should we consider sehwag for world cup

I think he has been given lot of chances.his performance is below average instead a younger player should be given a chance.he does'nt play with any resposibility.

we can consider only if he reagains his form back ... but he will have to make a strong comeback than uthappa.... robin uthappa has made it a very difficult task for him.. but still he has got the ability to perform well.....

Definitely Sehwag is my automatic pick, he can turn any game. He is a genuine match winner for scoring big runs.

two major hurdels in the way to won the world cup are - Australia and Pakistan. sehwag is the only player in india who who has the capacity to beat the above two. indian teem may be loose world cup even with Sehwag, but it ca't won without Sehwag. this is the fact that we will realise and concider after world cup.

i think he would be given another chance in the team not as an opener but in place or raina or kaif

i will select him and use him in a very critical matches to boost indias runrate at the opening slot on a batting wicket and rather not play him at a moving wickets

yeah i think we should give shewag one or two opurtunities in the srilanka series. if he plays a big knock then he should be taken to west indies.. else uthapa also very aggressive.we can carry him to west indies.

Uptil day before yesterday (3rd ODI India vs WI) I was in favour of takin Sehwag in the team. but after we have found Robin Uthappa I don't think that Sehwag should be selected if he doesn't do well against Sri Lankans in the forth coming series. Robin Uthappa is as aggresive(or even more) than Sehwag with much better technique than Sehwag....

Sehwag is like the rocket once the rocket get safely in the sky then the mission is successfull same for Sehwag once he is there for 15 overs then the match is under India

We can certainly not deny the fact that Sehwag can lead india to a gr8 score if he gets going...But the problem is that he has been out of form since long...And now opener Robin uthhapa has shown gr8 promise as a oneday opener by ability to score quickly....We will consider him for the world cup but he'll have to make sure that he stays in the team for long time for us to enjoyyy......
