For the people that don't know what astral projection is, astral projection is some kind of paranormal technique that allows someone to visit the astral plane with his/her astral body. This way someone can visit any place, anytime (past or future) in the astral world. The astral world is a world very similar to our world, and are somehow connected to eachother. In other words, with astral projection you can visit any place in the universe, anytime. For example to view the future or look at the past. It requires a lot of practice before you will be able to astral project, sometimes multiple year, but it's worth the effort. After a few months I had my first projection and it was indescribable. If you want to know more about it, visit www.astralvoyage.com (not my site) Do you believe in it? I do, because I can do it so I know it is possible. But for people who have never experienced it, it can be very freaky or unbelievable.

I don't believe in it and I wouldn't even try it. There was a cult in our town back in the 70's. It was called Ekencar. I think that is how you spell it. They believed in this and was trying to get school age kids to join. Parents protested and finally they were ran out of town. It's just not normal and can screw your head up to believe something like that.

Well not really. This Ekencar of you sound awful. It is not something you have to do, and definitely not when you are not ready for it. It can be really scary, as your worst nightmares (or happiest dreams) come true.

I believe in very much. Not that's probably a surprise to you. I don't think I could calm my constantly going in ever direction mind long enough to do it though - awake that is. I am one who belives that all those flying dreams (and some otheres) are actually astral projections.
