so i just saw this movie today, and reminded me a lot of fatal frame like the shinto gate scene towards the end with the steps behind it and the shrine just next to it.something similar was in crimson butterfly and what about some of the ghost scenes like when tosheo is under the desk, there is an exact same scene in tormented at the end near the save camera in rei's room there were a lot of these scenes. if any one else has seen this movie, tell me if they noticed it too, or am i just obsessed with this game?

Hmm... well yeah some scenes sort of matches maybe because as the first resposne said it was from japan, and i have also watched some japanese horrors that have those kind of similarities on scenes yeah its a great game i wish they make more. Probably because of their culture...

Yeah, I guess it's because that's just what japanese horror is like. I've played quite a few Japanese horror games, and I guess their idea of horror is pretty much the same, but of course it's the best idea of horror, there's nothing that scares me as much as a good Japanese horror movie or game.

Who wouldn't be obsessed with this game? It's great lol! It's so scary, I always end up throwing the joystick away because I couldn't take it hahaha! It's so fun to play.

yeah, it's one of my favorites, but obsession or not, anyone who's played the game will be able to tell that some scenes are exactly identical in the movie.
