It is not fair that the government can profit off peoples addictions, while drug dealers get jailed for supplying others marijuana, which is habit forming but not physically addictive. Worse yet, users get jailed for doing what they want and having an opinion about what they want to do with their lives. If tobacco, causing over 100 000 deaths a year in one country alone is legal and encouraged (in ads etc), what is so bad about recreational drug use, if people know that is what they want?

Everything should be legal. Nature should not be against the law. Nobody owns it and gets to dole out what they please to the rest of us peons. We should have control over what we do with our own bodies. It should not be restricted until our actions infringe on the rights of others. And I'm not talking about what-if scenarios. Like you might get high and drive. If people want to argue that, they we better go back to prohibition.
