Sausage potatoe soup!

1 small pkg of uncook sausage links 1 box of scalloped potatoes 2 large green peppers chopped 1 onion 3 cup water 1/2 cup milk 1/2 tbsp parsley Cut up sausage links into bite size pieces.Brown them and drain the fat.Stir in green peppers and onions to sausage,cover and cook til crisp tender.Add box of scalioped potatoes, seasoning pack,water,parsley,stir. Bring to boil,lower heat add sausage mix,and milk simmer for 20 minutes. stir often.
