I do the same thing before I go to bed.
I spend my childhood with my grandparents and they teach that and I do that and now after all that time.

Before going to my bed again i will brush my teeth, i will surf in net. i will sending messages to my friends, drinking milk after i will go for sleep.

Thankgod, turn the baby monitor on, put chapstick on and kiss my husband goodnight and tell him I love him.
