Hi! I am having 9yrs of Domain Experience in Sales & marketing. Presently working as Branch Manager for an MNCs. Recently I did the SAP Certification from SIEMENS, B'LORE. I am an Engineering Graduate(Mechanical), followed by MBA(marketing). Before doing the Certification course(SAP), I left the job to give full time to the course and the practice for it as well. But after the completion of the job, I started posting the cv in different job sites. Unfortunately I am not getting any interview call too. In the market I found, most of the people are showing FAKE experience(without having Certification too). They also are suggesting me to put the fake experience. I am confused. Why to get into the Industry with such a wrong path. Please suggest, what I should approach to the industry. Thanks E S B Rao

Lying will not help so it is really good for you to continue the path in your career choice.
