Net Zero: A band of thieves! Have you had this experience?

I have only had NetZero for a short while years ago on their 'free' trial and didn't like them. They kept charging my credit card for monthly service and I had such a hard time trying to get it to stop that I had to cancel the credit card. They're back! They are now charging a different credit card for Internet and 'Voice' (I don't even know what 'voice' is!) I have written my credit card company, I filed a fraud report AND THIS STILL KEEPS HAPPENING! I am so fed up and would hire an attorney to sue them if I thought I could win. (I've had this same problem with People PC!) Has anyone else had this experience?
