Boil the egg, when done peel off the shell. slice the egg in half, remove the yolks from each egg and set the egg whites on a serving plate. put the egg yolks in a mixing bowl beat them into powder, add some mayonnaise mix it up and use this filling to put in the sliced egg whites. sprinkle with pepperika and serve! Or you could boil the eggs til done. peel them, put them in a bowl and break them up into chunks and add mayonaise and a little mustard, mix it all up and serve with bread as a sandwich! yummy both ways.
