1.America is not a super power.
2.Yeah,Russia is more powerfull.
3.Because they control on meny aspects europe.

The United States Of America is a super power because of its military and economical power and also because of the high tech and of its cultural influence around the world.
Russia used to be a super power, it still has military power but not strong enough economy to support it or to support high tech researches.. its cultural influence has been reduced with the fall of communism and even if it was more powerful in term of army size and tanks, etc as some says it has no ability to act as a supper power anymore.
