How do I add video to my profile?

Please help, how do I add video to my profile? I'm trying to follow all the rules from www.activejump.com/l-2.html. I'm replacing the URL space with my www. address with the video, but I can't play it. Look at my profile, on the bottom left side. Right click, and select properties. On the URL, I did not put mylot.com, the system added it. Please help.

I hav no idea! I just want to add music. And I dont even know how to do that!!

Thanks for the warning, I wil not be going to your profile now since it will freeze up my dial up. I will have to rely totally on the email that I get when you start a discussion. Good luck with that project!
