My husband and I do not have a will made out yet, but I was thinking, What would happen to our kids? Our home? etc, if BOTH of us were to die in an accident? Do you have a will? If you do not, at when age do you think you should have one?

WE don't have a will but we have 3 boys aged 44, 41 and 26 and 4 lovely grandchildren and they are all sensible enough to do what is right , WE have talked it all over xx

We have talked about it but haven't actually gotten anything written and noterized. We need to, but just haven't gotten around to it. We've made our wishes known to my parents and my inlaws, but nothing concrete in writing yet. We want everything to be split between the boys and hope that Jesse will step up (when he gets older) and help take care of his brother. I don't want to see him stuck in a home somewhere but we can't really count on anyone else in the family (except our parents) to take care of them. :(

I do not have a will. I have been thinking of making one. I don't own my home, or a car at the moment. But I have my daughter, and one on the way, and I don't want them to go to anyone. I really need to make one, and have Gerard make one as well. I think it's better to cover those things, then to leave our families trying to figure it out, or fighting over things once we're gone.

I don't have a will, but I really should. I think once you are out on your own and begin to acquire things it is time to have a will. Plus it lets the family know what your wishes are and makes it a lot easier on the ones left behind if you suddenly pass away.
