I love chocolate buttercream. It is good on any kinds of cake or cookies. It's fattening but it is delicious. :)

Depends on what i am making, I love butter cream but prefer fondant to make decorative cakes

My favorite is homemade creamcheese icing...I just don't like the storebought kind.
