horrible next door

have you ever came across such horrible next door who make so much noise every minute every second round the clock.even during midmnight sreaming like a mad dog, she totally insance , lunatic,mad women that everybody descride her. my god no peace , and quiet, effected the surronding area. she is so sick. so sick and tired of the area. everybody sold her and yet she just sream and shout back. is she a human or what?

hi there, i can understand it to be annoying but maybe they have some sort of problems? you should try and have a chat to them and tell them there noise is too loud or even speaking to there home owner? im quite priveleged to say that both my next door neighbours either work full time or are old and i never hear a pin drop from them, lol! :)
