I lost my phone and I doubt that my co-tennis player stole it...what will I do?

Last jan 18, 2007, i lost my phone at nazareth tennis club...that phone is almost 3 yrs old more or less..i'm so messd up with my co player bcoz i doubt he stole it like his havin' fun with me i mean mybe he hide it and no intention to return it back to me...his really a jerk i know he stole it..no offened to him his always asking money to us and keep on barrowing money and no plan to pay it...i really hate that kind for person..every time i saw him around my day really messd up...what should i do with dat damn guy?
