My favorite solo is Psycho Holiday off the Cowboys From Hell album. In fact that CD is full of crazy solos; Cemetery Gates being another one.

The fast and aggressive Yesterday Don't Mean S**t solo. For the slow and soulful solo, I would go for Hollow.

My favorite Pantera solo is on Revolution is My Name. It just came in really fast and ended at the high notes. Awesome stuff.
