How effective is sauna belt?

Is it possible to loose fat by using sauna belt as it is shown on Tele Marketing Ads. has anyone used it and got positive results?

I go to the gym and try to stay fit .It is almost a year since I have started going to the gym . Before joining the gym I tried all these belts but non were uses ful the real way to shed those extra pound is by doing excercise and dieting these belts are of no use.

I think it is a waste of time money and unecessary
