as you all know skin is one of the most important organ, soad or body shampoo which is good for our skin ? is soap harmful fro the skin ? skin covers all the organs inside our body so i think its essential to take care of the skin very well , what u think about skincare , do you have any tips for skincare ?

not all soaps are harmful and not all body shmpoos are equally good. what matters is the pH. and nevr forget to use body lotion after a bath, so whtever moisture is lost can be replenished. aslo nevr use too hot water to take bath.
