Retirement, when should we plan?

What is the right age to plan for your retirement? With a lot of countries now under pressure to provide social security for their aging populations, what are you doing? You not only have to plan your finances, but you also need to have a plan for your time. I'm 66 and still working. I'm lucky I'll get a pension when I retirs, and I have many interests to keep me active.

I think this question is a very good one.
Retirement was not our priority list in the present and sometimes we are even afraid to discuss about it because we are afraid of going older and neglected.
I think the right time to plan for retirement is now and plan it accordingly.
