have ever feel your career stuck? what gonna do?

sometimes, i feel my career is like already stuck in one place and it gets me boring in my working activities. would you give me any advise?

I definitely have felt this way in the past working at the banks as I could not move up in positions and was not able to learn new things so i ended up changing jobs and am now happy where I am at now. I already been promoted once and maybe in the near future I will have another chance of moving up again. If you get bored, you may want to find a new position or job or apply for another position within your company.
