Losing weight the right way. Try moderation. Its healtier. Eating the right food in the right amounts is key. Forget about crash diets. It's mostly about deprivation.

I am trying to eat better to lose some weight, I am eating more salads and fish and exercising, so you say moderation, I will try that, thank you.
