How do you deal with stress from work and/or family?

I usually just take a breather whenever I feel stresses. I'm a writer and if what I'm writing stresses me out then I take a break by eating some chips. Stress balls help also.

When i got stress from work. Just i will wake up and take rest for 10 - 15 minutes. Then i continue with my work
