Automatic Responses to Certain Messages in Incoming Emails ?

Is there any way to send out an automatic message that is triggered by certain words in the body of incoming emails, but only of course if those words are contained in those emails and not only words in the subject heading of the email but in the message body of those emails. As an example, if an email mentions the name of a certain journal in the message body of that email, I would want to trigger an automatic responding email giving the new address of that journal
