Offline MLM...Who here is marketing successfully Offline?

I'm wondering how many here, are doing network marketing, OFFLINE, and are you successful at it? We have been marketing health products offline for about nine months now, and are really have good success. Any success stories out there?

offine means you should conduct a people meeting and conference etc which will cost a lot,instead online is better.
