hemorrhoids ? Does my dog have them?

When he has a bowel movement-he cries out a little. He acts normal. I caught him sliding his rear on the grass. He sometimes has a red bubble coming out of his rear.

He probably needs to have his glans expressed. Take him to his vet and have him check out soon.
