When you give an advice to someone, do you expect him to follow it?

Does it bother you if he/she didn't? If later on they found out that you were right after all, will you say "See I told you so"?

I don't expect that they will follow it. I give advices the best I can give. There are people who keep on seeking advices but they don't even follow it and they will be repeating the same issue with you.
