who is leader? if I'm one of the best among some group but I don't 'lead' them..then. How must behave leader?

be a leader in urself and try to shun all the bads or negatives within u! u need to possess some leadership qualities like following the truth and the good and influencing others to follow that same path too! be a guide for others to attain the peak of truth and humanity! speak out in a voice and manner which everyone is bound to listen to. then u can become a true leader in life.
