When you're too tired to cook, what's a quick, tasty, and easy meal you like to fix?

I use the omlette too. I drop a few chunks of meat into the blender with eggs, chillies and onions, grind it up and fry. Healthy, nourishing and it is filling too!

For us, spaghetti is a quick meal... I just boil water, cook the spaghetti and heat up some sauce. It's all ready in less than 15 minutes and it's very filling. Of course, that's a lot of carbs... but it's good! I usually will throw some bread on the table too, and a side salad. Instant dinner!

Sandwitch! That what i like to make. Its easy, all you need it butter, black pepper, bread and salad. Just put some butter on the bread and add salad i.e. cucumber, salad leaf and whatever you like, put some blackpepper. And Muhaa!

English muffin pizza. I just through some pizza sauce, pepperoni, and cheese on an english muffin, then bake it in the toaster oven for about 8 minutes, and voila I've got two mini pizzas ready to eat.

When I am really tied and not in the mood to cook. I just boil up a big pot of water, and throw in some pasta, frozen veggies, and shrimp. Then drain and add a hot peanut spice sause. It's great and sooooooooooooo easy.

You better love me because I was going to start a post! lol My hubbys favorite is my version on sheppards pie. Fry 1 pound hamburger Add 1 can of corn and add 1 can of cream of chicken soup to the cooked beef. Put in a casserole and top with mashed potatoes. Bake until lightly browned.

My emergency meal is quesadillas. I keep flour tortilla shells in the freezer and I can always find some fillings in the frig. Just heat in slightly oiled skillet till melted. You can even add chopped lettuce, salsa, cucumber slices, etc to the finished plate to sneak in some veggies. My favorite fillings are cheddar cheese, black beans, olives, jalapenos, and cooked or canned chicken. Another weird but good filling combination is tuna salad with provelone or mozzerella.

I tend to cook noodles with some veggies quick to cook and prepare like mushrooms. If I'm really lazy I'll just do some pasta and when its ready make a quick sauce on it using bits I have in the cupboard, but that isn't very healthy usually as it doesn't involve any vegetables.

If I am really tired it is a sandwich night or a grilled cheese night. I might also prepare macaroni and cheese which is a meal in itself, but I have to cook it so I may not even feel like doing that. A sandwich is the easiest with chips of course!

Just fry an egg and sandwitch it in the bread. Yummy, it will give a good taste and will also remove your hunger. Try it .

For me, if I really have no time to cook or too tired then I will just make do with a cup of instant noodles. Just pour boiling water into the cup of noodles with the ingredients that is already in it. Cover it for about 3 - 5 minutes and then it's ready to eat.

My quick, tasty, and easy meals when I am tired are Top Roman with corn, cilantro, jalapeno pepper, green onions, and bing sprouts. When I don't want to cook at all I'll have an advacado sandwich on whole wheat bread, w/green leaf lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, mayo, and mustard. Delicious!
