How many ciggrettes a day...

Me none. But my hubby smokes like almost 3 packs a day now. he didn't use to used to be one pack if that but he started working for a guy who chain smokes and so he started smoking more to..if one smoker sees another smoker smoking they automatically light one up to on most counts.

I am in the process of giving them up and am down to 10 per day but it is a long slow process because I am doing it gradually rather than relying on anything to help me. I am allergic to the patches and cannot take the medication so am doing it in my own way and in my own time. Ask me again in a month or so and I should be right off them by then.

no not me, I broke that nasty habit :)

5-10 on a normal day 10-15 on days when i am too happy or too sad 15-20 when i am normally drunk countless when i am heavily drunk.

No at all. I am not a smoker and I never smoke. I am sure my boy friend will not like a smoker. I think that a girl smoking is not attractive and look like bad girl. Beside this, smoking absolutely not good to our health and may cause many types of cancer, slow our reaction, heart problems, AIDs and many more. wasting money is another issue. Somebody said that they can enjoy by smooking, I am not sure because I never try it but I think there are many other ways to relax instead of smoking.

I stopped smoking now but in the past I used to consume one pack a day. My friends always remind me to slow down but I didn't listen to them. When the doctor ordered me to quit smoking I did it just so easily.

Smoke occasionally.. would give it up fully slowly... its really hard to hands of it, if ur adicted. Best of luck. buddy
