Why There is no Sites giving Instant Works for Freelancers

I m a freelancer and getting online jobs from freelancer Sites. But they are all takes time and Sometimes a Lot of projects coming to my head. Sometimes nothing. Why someone make a Site with instant project giving so that the First finished one can get payed. I is Like a competition. Thanks
