Have you ever?!

My ex's mother used to put strawberry jam on plain white rice. oh my goodness. i have tried it and its not that great. but i guess it wans't that bad either, have any of you tried this odd combination ?

Heheh it wasn't actually too bad. but i wouldnt eat it on my own, i was polite and ate it when she showed me but that was enough. i like mine with LOTS of soya sauce. and i mean lOTS. like DRIPPING. that's probably not healthy is it ?

That is a weired one..lol I Havent tried it or heard of ot til now. But I do know this guy that mixes all his foods together. like say he will take todays dinner and mix it with what ever left overs he has from nights before, he just puts it all in a bowl mixes it and its it.. grossed me right out when I seen him do it.. then he had the nerve to suggest cooking classes to me lol... I may not have been the greatest cook them but I bet whatever I made was better than the slop he was eating on lol.. some people have weired tastes.

My husband does the same thing, i will make three things and lay it out nice on the plate and i'll look over and he'll be scrambling it all together :/ I just shake my head and wonder why i bother :P

I bet the taste must be somewhat like eating bread and jam! Well, some people really have creative ideas.... I have seen someone put a spoon of icecream on his rice! Of course the icecream melted! But, the look on his face ..... I thought he must be on cloud ninth!

Strawberry jam with rice! ohhh I can't think of that combination. I don't like any sweet kind of thing with rice. I am very much to salty thing, and with rice there is no way to take jam.
