Just curious as to what people think about the fact that Darcy Tucker was not even on the ballot for the Eastern Conference All-Star Team voting this year. Should he have been included? Both McCabe, Kaberle, AND Sundin were all on the ballet to begin with. Let me know what you think and why.

No. Tucker isn't up to level with the other all stars. Personally, I was glad Kaberle made it into the All Star game and not McCabe. I just can't stand McCabe at all.

As a rule, the all star game isn't the place for people like Darcy Tucker. Mats Sundin, Bryan McCabe and Tomas Kaberle have all represented their countries at the highest level of world competition, and all three of them are bona fide stars in the league. Tucker up until this season was a checking specialist with some secondary scoring ability, and this season he also developed some powerplay specialist ability as well. But, he is *not* a star, and it was definitely *not* an oversight to leave him out. I love Tucker as much as the next Leaf's fan, but there's no way he should've been an all-star =)
