More peanut butter recipes. My boyfriend will love you. Its hard to believe that something so easy and so few ingredients would work. But I believe you. I have a peanut butter fudge recipe thats real easy to. I don't think you posted it yet and I'm sorry if you did. All you need is a jar of peanut butter and a can of vanilla frosting. Mix them together over low heat just until mixed well. Don't get it too hot. Then put into a dish and cool in the fridge. They are so good. I got the recipe from someone else on here. I wish I could remember who it was so I could give them credit.

Now this does sound very easy .. simple ingredients not too sickly and I bet they taste scrummylicious ...
I do like the idea of not having to use flour in a recipe .. lots of people have allergies don't they .. (although no good if you have a peanut allergy admittedly) .. I am definitely going to try this one ...
In fact I am going to have a good look through all your EZ recipes .. I'm sure to find some more simple to bake goodies .. thanks for posting this

These cookies are great!! I got this same recipe from a boating magazine we get. I tried them out and everyone loves them!! I'm amazed they come out so good with 3 ingredients!! Thanks for sharing!! :-)

Wow thanks! I will have to try that with my kids. I can't believe that's all you have to put into the recipe though! I guess that's why they're called lazy cookies, lol!

I've made these cookies many times, and they're delicious. I usually make up a big batch and then half of the balls in a ziploc bag and freeze for later use.
