our friends' middle names

i've been discussing with some of my real life friends, fellow f.r.i.e.n.d.s fanatics like myself, when it was exactly that ross's middle name (eustace) was revealed. i kinda remember him revealing it to chandler, but the episode itself eludes my memory. of course, the more popular ones are chandler muriel bing, rachel karen greene, and joseph francis tribbiani. the latter two being used by phoebe buffay (middle name at large), when she is upset :) so has anybody any idea when ross's middle name pops up? and if anybody knows, phoebe's? some of my friends say they've checked wikipedia and it said that monica's is ELIZABETH, but i've had it in my memory that it was ELLEN, for some reason. any insights on this?
