My name is Debbie and I love to crochet. I have been crocheting since I am 7 years old. I make gifts for everyone. I have not made anything for myself. I am hoping to someday. I am uploading a picture of a pillow that I made a friend. I always follow a pattern. Some people I know can make up their own patterns. I am not that good.

Even though I cannot do crochet but I love the art. My grandma used to do it. Recently there had been an exhibition to revive the art and I bought some beautiful scarfs and covers.

I have made many crocheted blankets and afghans for gifts. I have also made a couple of pillows. My favorite crocheted craft is a butterfly that I apply a magnet to.
I am now working on my first sweater and it is nearly finished.

I think I have given away about a third of what I've crocheted. Another third I've sold and the rest I've kept to use myself.

I dont write my own patterns, but I do take things from different patterns, and combine them. I guess thats as close as I will ever get.....
but I am happy to use bits and peices to make them look a little more like my own.
