and why were they special? What happened to your relationship? Mine was 12 yr old (as I was) Gordon and we had an innocent, but brief romance as he left for boarding school the end of sunner. All we did was hold arms and occaionally hands. We went swimming, hiking and bicycling alone together all that summer of 1969. The end of August he went to a military school and I pined for him for a long time. No letters, no anything. :-(
