Wearing high heels... =(

High-heels are not made to be made to wear for long period of time....Always wear shoes that are comfortable....Cause if your feet and legs hurt you hurt all over....The feet and legs has to support your whole body.....So go for comfort not style....Take it from someone who has had problems with their feet you need to be comfortable.....You may look like an outcast but you will be comfortable and in later life you won't have back pain....

you don't have to wear it if u really don't like to..but there's nothing wrong if u try it...make urself used to wear it...at first, ur feet will really feel hurt and uncomfortable but u will soon get along with it...never put style in a box, u can always reinvent urself and never be afraid to reinvent urself...never be a fashion victim...(",)

my school shoes has high heels but not like the one you described, the flat type of heels. some students wear stilletos in my school, with their uniform, and some dont look good at it [ sorry ]. i know they just want to wear ti because its the latest trend and i feel stupid for them. i dont even have plans of buying like one, not necessary. what and where you re comfortable of -- is better than immitating whats new and nice looking but doesn't fit or comfort you.

break them in and they are comfortable. new high heels NEVER feel good on the feet. I always go grocery shopping in a new pair of high heels. That way you have your shopping cart to hold on to, and all the walking up and down the aisles non-stop breaks them in better than the short walk between your classes, then you sit for an hour, then another short walk.

I know that people want to look fashionable, especially young girls in school. I used to wear higher heels at work every day, and by the end of the day my feet and legs hurt so bad that I felt like crying. It was not worth it. Now I go for comfort, and if anyone doesn't like it, it's too bad. You can get comfortable shoes with a reasonable heel that are nice looking and stylish. When your feet hurt it ruins your whole day. Why suffer?

I realize that high hells are not comfortable, we men are lucky that we don't have to wear them lol I guess many girls just wear them all of the time because they want to look taller .. if you are an average height then don't bother and wear what is comfortable to you.. if you need to look taller don't wear them to school , just only when needed :)

not boasting but honestly, people say that i do have a thin nice legs which will always look good when wearing high heeled shoes. but just like you, i really get my feet hurt more and i can't walk a lot. upon going home, i am so tired! i go for convenience! i do wear high heeled shoes but only when needed like on occasions and back then, when i used to model for clothes. but i love my ballet flats and my sandals and flip flops. i can go anywhere and keep on walking without feeling tired at all.

For me, the way I started wearing high heels, I worked my way up...Now I can wear some 4' heels, but I started with 2 inch, then 3inch...I wore each heel for some time...If yu just go out and buy a high heel yes it will hurt not only the ball of your feet, the back of your leg will feel it also... I still can't wear alot of 4 inch heels but 3 and below no problem. You wouldn't look like a outcast, you are just comfortable with what you wearing and you don't have to keep up with those females who wear heels, just be yourself and your friends you have are true friends to you not because you not wearing heels...Just love you and know at the end of the day when you take your shoes off, some of them very same females wearing high heels, happy as hell to get home to take them shoes off because their feet are HURTING... :)

I would wear what you feel is the most comfortable . It is always best to be yourself and not do something just because every one else is . Be yourself and be an individual . If they are your true frineds they won't care what you are wearing and would undserstand that you would rather be confortable then try to please other's . It doesn't affect them in any way what you wear .

The price of being IN with the rest of the crowd can be high. If you dont want to be an outcast in your school, there are other ways apart from the choice of shoes. You might not have those high heel shoes or stilletoes too but you may dress up pretty well even on your comfortable flats. There are also shoes with "kitten heels" that can be as comfy as flats and as sexy as high heeled shoes as well. besides, comfort should come first in mind when buying or wearing shoes. You are the only person who is gonna suffer in the long run when you forced your feet to hurt all day long. Remember, your feet are also the most worked out part of your body. It carries all your weight for most of the day and it's only fair to think about making them feel good as well. Just find another alternative to high heels. trust me, there are shoes out there that would truly fit your needs to fit in. (",)
