Mistake that people do.

Many people in the world doing sone kind of mistakes, Almost everone in the world make mistakes.
After doing the mistakes they hide themself and escapes.
What do you think that we can do to solve this problem

The point that is not clear is:
1. whether you are seeking solution to the mistakes you have committed and hiding
2. Mistakes committed by others and they are hiding it
It is general feeling that one should not unduly worried about other's mistakes (as long as it is not affecting you), because people generally do not want others to point it out.
If it is your mistakes, the best thing to correct it and if affects others, tender sincere apologies. It is very simple and it brings more grace than badname.
