I think around 16 years old will be a good age or whenever they feel ready and their parents know about. So, that they can give talks about what happens in relationships.

i think age doesnt matter if you are of age, but 17-13 thats just plain sick

age isn't a good indicator of maturity cuz people vary wildly. there are 12 year olds that are emotionally more mature than britney spears so it's a case by case decesion.

I think 16 would be appropriate provided that their parents know who they are dating and where they are going. It will be better if they go out in a group.
