From so many people i have heared that marriages are made in heaven....what does it actually mean?

It meant seek God's will in a marriage Yes..something like that

I think that marriages are planned in heaven. I believe in soulmates

It is being planned from the heavens. It is not just a normal things. It is sacred that is why it is made in heaven.
