How valuable is "I love you"? Can you easily say it?

Some people says "I love you" to the person who really dont deserver that phrase. For me saying that phrase is not easy because i has a great value no one could pay for. I havent said that phrase to other person except my parents. It is very important to say that phrase to the person who re ally deserve it.

"i love you" the three words by my opinion has become a fashion for most of the people around. its not that easy to say the word if you don't know the exact meaning of it. i see people make relations carry over it for some days and then have physical relations and then after some days forget it. i mean ther is no respect for the word called love.
